Welcome! I am an expressive arts and trauma therapist currently residing and practicing in Sudbury, Ontario. I hold both a diploma from the CREATE Institute in Toronto and a Master's Degree from the European Graduate School in Sass- Fee Switzerland in Expressive Arts Therapy. I have also completed Level 1 & 2 at the Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Institute among other trainings in mental health therapy.
